Jefferson Center
Facility Strategies, LLC was brought on board ten weeks prior to the initial move, initiating an accelerated process to coordinate all aspects of the transition. This included working closely with Information Systems and Technology, Security, and Building Management to schedule loading dock and freight elevator access, as well as collaborating with three furniture dealers to ensure timely installation.
Subaru of America
Facility Strategies, LLC supported the development of Subaru of North America’s new North American Headquarters in Camden, NJ, providing comprehensive furniture installation management. Acting as a project management subcontractor to Officeworks Inc. (formerly Workplace Environments), we developed the team’s Statement of Qualifications for the initial submission, planned furniture logistics, and oversaw installation throughout the 250,000 SF newly constructed facility.
Ocean County Resource Center
Facility Strategies, LLC supported the relocation to the newly constructed Ocean County Municipal Services Center, located at 1005 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753, by providing comprehensive relocation management. Our services included developing and authoring the RFP for moving services, verifying existing and proposed filing requirements, creating and managing a dynamic Move Matrix, and overseeing on-site move management to ensure a smooth transition into the new facility.
