The Place at Marlboro
Facility Strategies, LLC provides interior design services for the community clubhouse at The Place at Marlboro, including furniture specification and procurement. In addition, we offer design consultancy during the construction phase, ensuring that the work aligns with design intent and specifications. Our team also supports design decisions to maintain consistency with CIS standards throughout the project.
Jersey Shore University Medical Center
Facility Strategies, LLC supported the construction of a new 30,000 SF Family Health Center at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The existing clinic required relocation to accommodate the hospital’s $300 million expansion. Our scope of services included space programming, interior design, and the specification and procurement of furniture. We developed a graphic design and wayfinding program to assist multicultural patients. This program provided a user-friendly experience and ease of navigation when English was not a patient’s primary language.
Jefferson Center – Change Management Communications Package
In preparation for the consolidation into the newly renovated Jefferson Center located at 1100 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, Facility Strategies developed a comprehensive communications package. A change management booklet entitled “Protocol for Open Office Etiquette’ was developed, designed and printed. In addition to the booklet, a ‘Relocation Guide’ described the process of relocation, how to pack and what to expect. Each person received a ‘Welcome Folder’ the morning after the relocation that included a floor plan identifying where colleagues are located, a map of local amenities, cafes, places for lunch and parking lots.
